| Best Apples
Apple, Matured Ham, Mango, Chilli and Arugula Rolls with Mint
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Apples 2 or 3 pcs
- Matured ham 16 slices
- Fresh mango 1 pc
- Chili pepper 1 pc
- Arugula leaves 32pcs
- Fresh Mint 10 leaves
Wash and clean the apples (remove cores). Cut into thick sticks about 1.5cm x 0.5cm (16pcs). Wash and peel the mango. Cut it into pieces similar to apples (16pcs). Slice the chilli into thin strips. Wash and dry arugula leaves. Mint – chop the leaves finely.
On top of the ham, arrange one piece of apple and mango each, arugula leaves (2pc), and some chopped mint. Then wrap the rolls. Arrange the rolls on a plate.
Wrap the rolls, preferably just before serving.
