| Best Apples
Apple Salad with Raisins, Walnuts and Celery served with Lime Dressing
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Apples 3 pcs
- Leafy greens – mixed 100g
- Walnuts 40g
- Celery sticks 100g
- Raisins 80g
Sauce:
- Lime 2 pcs
- Palm sugar 10g
- Soy sauce 12ml
- Vegetable oil 50ml
- Mustard 5ml
Wash and dry the apples, hollow out the centres with seeds and cut them into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Clean the walnuts and put them into a hot pan; roast for about 3- 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove and set aside to cool.
Wash and dry the green lettuce and tear it into smaller pieces.
Cut the celery sticks into small pieces.
Sauce:
Combine lime juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper, add mustard and mix thoroughly
