Chicken Breast marinated in Five-spice baked with Apples and Oranges
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Apples 2 pcs
- Chicken breast 4 x 180g
- Orange 2pcs
- Five-spice seasoning 5g
- Lettuce for decoration
Clean and dry the chicken breast. Cut a line from the top in 5-6 places to a depth of about 2cm. Then sprinkle the breast with five-spice seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub the breasts well with spices and refrigerate for 3 h.
Wash the apples, then dry them. Cut into slices of about 3 mm. Wash, dry and cut the oranges into similar slices to apples.
In each incision of the breast, put half a slice of apple and an orange. Place the stuffed breasts on a baking tray, put them in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 165°C. Serve the breasts hot with a side of lettuce.
