Fried Chicken Liver Salad with Apple, Soy Sauce and Ginger served on Lettuce with Pomegranate and Olive Oil
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Apples 2pcs
- Chicken liver 320g
- Flour 15g
- Vegetable oil – for frying 30ml
- Soy sauce 30ml
- Fresh Ginger 15g
- Lettuce 100g
- Pomegranate 80g
- Olive oil 60ml
Wash, dry and cut the apples into wedge-like pieces, and cut out the seed nests.
Wash, dry and clean the poultry liver and pour soy sauce. Peel and grate fresh ginger on a fine grater. Add to the liver. Mix everything thoroughly, and season with freshly ground pepper. Pour a small amount of oil into a heated frying pan, throw in the livers and fry for about 5-6 minutes. At the end of frying, add a few tablespoons of water and cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes, then transfer the livers to a plate.
In a bowl, arrange the lettuce, hot liver, apple wedges and pomegranate. Pour olive oil over the dish, then sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
