Grilled Bone-in Pork Steak served with Apple and Mango salsa

Grilled Bone-in Pork Steak served with Apple and Mango salsa

ngredients for 4 servings:

  • Apples 2 pcs
  • Bone-in pork steak 4 x 250g
  • Fresh mango 1 pc
  • Rice vinegar 25ml
  • Sesame oil 7.5ml
  • Palm sugar 30g
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides for about 2 minutes, then transfer to the oven and bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes, then set aside in a warm place for 6-8 minutes.

Wash and dry the mangoes and apples. Peel and cut into 1cm x 1cm cubes. Sprinkle with palm sugar and set aside for 10 minutes. Next, sprinkle with rice vinegar, add sesame oil and mix thoroughly.

Put the baked pork steak on the plate and season with salt and pepper. Top with apple and mango salsa
