| Best Apples
Grilled Skewers of Turkey and Apple Marinated in Chili and Sesame
Ingredients 4 servings:
- Turkey Breast 600g
- Apples 2-3pcs
- Cilantro 20g
- Dried chilli 1 small teaspoon
- Sesame oil 10ml
- Soy sauce 25ml
- Freshly ground coloured pepper 1 tsp
- Honey 20 ml
- Salt – to taste
Clean and wash the turkey breast thoroughly. Cut into cubes about 2 x 2 cm. Chop the cilantro finely. Add chopped cilantro, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper and chilli to the meat. Mix thoroughly and set aside in the refrigerator for 12h.
Wash, peel, and cut the apples into about 2 x 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle the cut apples lightly with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
On long skewers, put pieces of turkey and apple alternately.
Grill the loaded skewers for 1 minute on each side. Then put them on a baking tray, pour honey on it and put it in the oven; bake for about 5-6 minutes at about 180 degrees C.
Serve the dish hot.
