  • Pork loin cutlets 600 g (3 pieces)
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Honey – 80g
  • Mustard 50g
  • Sunflower oil 80ml
  • Dry white wine – 150ml
  • Sweet cream 36% – 300ml
  • salt, and pepper to taste.

Clean the pork loin from the fibres, cut it into portions of about 200 grams, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with half sunflower oil until golden on both sides.

Wash the apples, hollow out the centres and cut them into pieces. Dice onions and garlic. Fry in a pan, then add wine after the liquid evaporates.
